"I have been with State Farm Insurance since I was 15 years old and first started driving. My original agent was Joyce Bauer in La Mesa, NM. Later her daughter-in-law, Olivia Carver, took over the agency. When Olivia eventually moved on, I was honestly a little heartbroken. I don’t do well with change, and losing a longtime staff member who had helped me through those earlier transitions also made me a bit weary about staying.

However, I decided to remain with the agency when Spencer Sorenson became the agent. What has impressed me most is how in tune he is with his customers.
